Badon ki saf me bachchon ko khada karna kaisa hai? kitne sal ka bachcha khada ho sakta hai aur kitne sal ka nahi?
Bachcha balig ke sag khada ho to un pichhe namaz padhnewale balig ko namaz makrooh hogi?

Agar bachche ek do ho chahe woh kisi bhi umr ke ho ba sharte woh wuzu namaz ko janta ho ya un ke alag khada karne me is baat ka andesha ho ke woh ek jagah ho kar shararrat karenge aur badon ki namaz me khalal waqea hoga (ya isee tarah eidain, haram wagairah me bachchon ki saf alag banane me bade majmea me gum ho jaane ka khatrah wagairah ho to) bachchon ko badon ki saf me khada karne ki gunjaish hai.is se pichhe namaz padhnewale balig mardon ki namaz koi karahat-kharabi nahi aati.
Agar bachche zayada ho to un ki mustaqil saf baligon ke pichhe bananai chahiye.

बडों की सफ में बच्चों को खड़ा करना कैसा है?
कितने साल का बच्चा खड़ा हो सकता है और कितने साल का नहीं ?
बच्चा बालिग़ के साथ खड़ा हो तो उन पीछे नमाज़ पढ़ने वाले बालिग़ की नमाज़ मकरूह होगी ?

अगर बच्चे एक दो हो चाहे वो किसी भी उम्र के हो बा शर्ते के वो वुज़ू नमाज़ को जानता हो, या उन के अलग खड़ा करने में इस बात का अंदेशा हो के वह एक जगह हो कर शरारत करेंगे, और बड़ों की नमाज़ में खलल वाक़ेअ होगा (या इसी तरह ईद, हरम वगैरह में बच्चों की सफ अलग बनाने में बड़े मजमा में बच्चों का गुम हो जाने (खो जाने का) का खतराः वगैरह हो तो) बच्चों को बड़ों की सफ में खड़ा करने की गुंजाईश है.
इस के पीछे नमाज़ पढ़नेवाले बालिग मर्दों की नमाज़ में कोई कराहट-खराबी नहीं आती.
अगर बच्चे ज़यादा हो तो उन की मुस्तक़िल सफ बालिगों के पीछे बनानी चाहिए.

If the elder son n father have a joint business and the father buys a house with paperwork of the elder son's name and then if the father dies, who will be the owner of that property? Will other siblings have an inheritance in it?
🔵Answer🔵
Since the father brought the house, he will be the actual owner of it. Just because the paperwork is in the name of the elder brother doesn't make him the owner of it.
Hence, after the death of the father, other siblings will have inheritance in the mentioned property.

⭕Today's Question no. 1083⭕
What is the ruling regarding children praying alongside elders in jam'aat? What age kids can pray alongside elders?
If a child stand along with an adult Imam, is it permitted to pray behind him?
🔵Answer🔵
If there are one or two kids, no matter what the age, if they are aware of wudu and salah and if there is possibility of thef doing mischief if made to stand alone, and this will got disturbance among the elders prayers, (in case of eid prayers, Haram, there is possibility of children getting lost), it is permissible to allow the kids to pray alongside elders. There is nothing wrong in praying behind elder Imam if the child prays next to him.
If there are large no. of kids, it is better to make a separate saff of them.
