Aap apne dost ko kaho ke ye makan mujhe 5 lakh me zabani fula muddat tak bech do koi sarkari kagzat banane ki zaroorat nahi hai.jab muddat puri hogi to ye makan aap ko ان شاء اللہ تعالی wapas utni hi qeemat ne bechunga.ye baat hone ke baad alahidah ho jawo fir jab dusri bar mulaqat ho to dusri majlis-bethak me woh makan 5 lakh me khareed lo us waqt wapas dene ki shart karna saheeh nahi.balke is tarah muaamala-len den kare jaise aam len den hota hai. jab aap ko aap ka dost makan bech de.to fir us ke baad bataure itminana wapasi dene ka wa'dah likh do to koi haraj nahi ye likhna soda khatam hone ke baad hoga isliye ye muaamalaa saheeh ho jayega.

27 RAJAB KE ROZE KA HUKM

27 rajab ka roza rakhna kesa hai ?
is bare me fazeelat kee baaz riwayat bhi mashhoor hai jo baaz buzrogon ki kitab me bhi hai.

🔴AAJ KA JAWAB🔴

khaas kar ke 27 wee rajab hee ka roza zayada fazeelat wala samjh kar ya 1000 roze ke barabar samjh kar, aashoorah ke roze ki tarah sunnat mustahab samjhkar, rakhna jaiz nahi, is ke rakhne ka khaas ehtamam karna bidat hai.

Na huzoor SALALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne is ka ehtamam kiya,
Na sahaba r.d. ne, na tabieen ne, na tabea tabieen r.h. ne, na chaaron imamon r.h. ne is ka khas etamam kiya.

Is ke bare me jo ahadees bayan kee jatee hai un ko raeesul muhaddiseen dewbandi aur barelvi hazrat ke muatamad aur maane huwe hazrat shah abdul haq muhaddise dehalvi Rahmatullahi alayhi ne apni maheeno ke bare me kitab
(maa sabat minas sunnah safa 74) me mawzooa-manghadat banawati ya intihaee zaeef qarar diya hai.

Allamah siyootee Rahmatullahi alayhi ne
(al laaliyul masnooa fee ahaadeesil mavzooa 2/97) me is ke fazail manghdat qarar diye hai,

Mulla alee qaree Rahmatullahi alayhi ne bhi mawzoor farmaya hai

Hazrat umar RADEEYALLAHU ANHU baa qaidah gasht karte the, aur jis ne rajab ko khaas roza rakha ho us ke saamne khana rakh kar roza tudwate the aur farmate the rajab, rajab kiya hai ! Ahle jahiliyat us ki taazeem karte the, islam aaya to us kee tazeem chhod dee gai.

Fir Sarakar e Do Aalam sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke dunya se tashreef le jane ke baad 100 saal tak Sahaba e kiram Razi Allahu anhum Dunya me maujood rahe, is poori Sadi (100 years) me koi ek waqia aisa sabit nahi hai , jis me Sahaba e kiram Razi Allahu anhum ne 27 rajab ko Khaas ahtemam kar ke manaya ho, jo Cheez Huzoor Aqdas sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne nahi ki aur jo aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Sahaba ne nahi kiya usko deen ka hissa qarar dena ya usko Sunnat qarar dena ya uske sath Sunnat jaisa Mamla karna BID'AT hai, agar koi shakhs ye kahe ke me (Ma'azallah) Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam se ziyada janta hu ke kaunsi raat ziyada fazeelat wali hai ya koi shakhs ye kahe ke Sahaba e kiram Razi Allahu anhum se ziyada Mujhe Ibadat ka zauq hai, agar Sahaba ne ye amal nahi kiya to me usko karunga, uske barabar koi ahmaq nahi.
*BANYE SE SAYANA SO BAULA*
Hamare walid Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Shafi' sahib Qaddasallahu Sirrahu farmaya karte the ke Urdu me ek Misaal aur kahawat hai jo Hindustan ke andar mashhoor thi ab to log uske Maayne bhi nahi samajhte , wo ye ke:
"BANYE SE SAYANA SO BAULA"
Yani jo shakhs ye kahe ke me Tijarat me Banye se ziyada hoshyaar hun, me usse ziyada tijarat ke Gur janta hun to haqeeqat me wo shakhs BAAULA yani PAGAL hai, is liye ke Banye se ziada tijarat ke gur janne wala aur koi nahi hai, ye to aam Zarbul misaal ki baat thi.
*SAHABA E KRAM SE ZIYADA DEEN KO JANNE WALA KAUN?*
Lekin jahan tak deen ka talluq hai , haqeeqat ye hai ke Sahaba r.d., Tabaeen aur Tabe Tabaeen deen ko sab se ziyada janne wale, deen ko Khoob samajhne wale, deen par Mukammal taur par amal karne wale the, ab agar koi shakhs ye kahe ke me unse ziyada Deen ko janta hun ya unse ziada Deen ka zauq rakhta hu ya unse ziyada Ibadat guzar hu to haqeeqat me wo shakhs pagal hai, wo deen ki Fahem nahi rakhta.
*WO DEEN ME ZIYADTI KAR RAHA HAI*
Ab agar koi shakhs is Roze ka ahtemam kare to wo Deen me apni taraf se ziyadti kar raha hai aur Deen ko apni taraf se ghad raha hai. Lihaza is nuqte e Nazar se Roza rakhne Jaiz nahi.
Haan! Albatta agar koi shakhs aam dino ki tarah isme bhi Roza rakhna chahta hai to rakh le , iski mumaniyat nahi, lekin iski ziyada FAZEELAT samajh kar, isko SUNNAT samajh kar, isko ziyada mustahab aur ziyada Ajr o Sawab ka Mujib samajh kar is din Roza rakhne, ya us Raat me Jaagna durust nahi, balke BID'AT hai.

Aur agar bil farz ye tasleem bhi kar liya jaye ke Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam 27 Rajab hi ko Meraj tashreef le gaye the, jis me ye azeemush shaan waqia pesh aya, aur jisme Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi e kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko ye Maqaam ata farmaya, aur apni baargaah me hazri ka sharf bakhsha, aur Ummat ke liye Namazon ka tohfa bheja, Beshak wo Raat badi Azeemush Shaan thi, kisi Musalman ko uski azmat me kya shubah ho sakta hai ?

*AAP sallallahu alaihi wasallam KI ZINDAGI ME 18 MARTABA SHAB E MERAJ KI TAREEKH AAYI LEKIN*

Ye waqia san 5 Nabwi me pesh aaya, yani Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Nabi banne ke panchwe saal ye Shab e Meraj, jiska matlab ye hai ke is waqie ke baad 18 saal tak aap dunya me tashreef farma rahe, lekin in 18 saal ke dauraan ye kahi sabit nahi ke Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Shab e Meraj ke bare me koi Khaas hukum diya ho, ya us ko manane ka Ahtemam farmaya ho , ya uske bare me ye farmaya ho ke us raat me Shab e Qadr ki tarah Jaagna ziyada Ajro Sawaab ka baais hai, na to aap ka aisa koi Irshad sabit hai aur na aap ke zamane me is raat me jaagne ka ahtemam sabit hai, na khud Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam Jaagey, aur na Sahaba e kiram Razi Allahu anhum ko is ki takeed ki, aur na Sahaba e kiram Razi Allahu anhum ne apne taur par iska ahtemam farmaya.

27 Rajab ki shab ke bare me ye Mashhoor hogaya hai ke ye SHAB-E-MERA hai aur is Shab ko bhi usi tarah guzarna chahiye jis tarah Shab e Qadr guzari jati hai aur jo Fazeelat Shab e Qadr ki hai,kam o besh Shab e Meraj ki wahi Fazeelat samjhi jati hai, balke Maine to ek jagah ye likha hua dekha ke shabe meraj ki fazeelat shabe qadr se bhi zayada hai.
aur phir us raat me logo ka Namazon ke bhi Khaas khaas tareeqe Mashhoor kardiye ke us raat me itni Rakaten padhi jayen aur har Rakaat me Fulaan Fulaan khaas Soorten padhi jayen. Khuda jane kya kya Tafseelaat is namaz ke bare me Logon me Mashhoor ho gayi. Khoob samajh lijye , ye Sab be asal baaten hain, Shariat me inki koi asal aur koi bunyaad nahi.

Sab se pehli baat to ye hai ke 27 RAJAB ke bare me yaqeeni taur par nahi kaha jasakta ke ye wahi Raat hai jisme Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam MERAAJ par tashreef le gaye the, kyu ke is baab me mukhtalif riwayaten hain.Baaz riwayaton se Maloom hota hai ke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam RABI UL AWWAL me tashreef legay the , b'az riwayaton me RAJAB ka zikr hai aur Ba'z Riwayaton me koi aur Mahina bayan kiya gaya hai. Is liye poore yaqeen ke sath nahi kaha ka sakta ke kaunsi raat Saheeh Me MERAJ ki raat thi, jisme Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam MERAJ tashreef legaye.

*WAQIA E MERAJ KI TAREEKH KYU MEHFOOZ NAHI?*

Is se ap khud andaza karlen ke agar Shab e Meraj bhi Shab e Qadr ki tarah koi Makhsoos raat hoti aur uske bare me koi khaas Ahkaam hote jis tarah Shab e Qadr ke bare me hai to us tareekh aur Mahina Mehfooz rakhne ka aehtamam kiya jata. Lekin chunke is tareekh ko Mahfooz rakhne ka ahtemam nahi kiya gaya to ab Yaqeeni taur se 27 Rajab ko Shab e Meraj qarar dena durust nahi.

TIN TALAQ KI HIKMAT

tin se zayada ya tin se kam kyun nahi hai ?
Tin talaq me bivi haraam kyun ho jati hai ?

Arab ke jahiliyat ke zamane me talaq ki koi had tay na thi, log jitni chahe talaq dete the, aur us ke baad bivi se rujooa (nikah me wapas) kar lete the. kyun ke iddat khatm ho to nikah khatm ho jata hai. masalan chothi (4th) martabah bhi talaq di aur iddat (tin haiz ya tin mahine) puri ho us ke pehle hi wapas rujooa (nikah me zaban se bolkar ya hath se chhu kar wapas) kar lete the, is tarah zalim shohar se bivi ko chhutkara na milta tha, dasyon aur bisyon martaba aesa karte the, agar bivi chali bhi jati to bivi ko samjha patakar mithhi mithhi baten kar ke wapas bula lete the, goya talaq ko khel bana rakha tha.

isliye Hazrat paigamabar صل اللہ علیہ وسلم ne is zulm ko aur tamashe ko khatm karne ke liye, aurton ko insaf dilane ke liye, farmaya : talaq zayada se zayada tin (3) hi hai, tin se bivi haraam ho jayegi, taake log tisri talaq soch samjh kar de, wapas na lane ka pakka iradah ho, waqiee bivi se us ki kami kotahi ki wajha se nafrat ho chuki hai, to hi tin talaq de, kyun ke ab sirf rujooa karna ya sirf nikah padhna kafi nahi, balke us bivi ko wapas lana ho to talaq dene ki shart kiye bagair woh kisi se nikah kare, aur bivi ka jismani haq (sohbat-sambhog) se ada kare, aur dusra shohar jab chahe apni marzi se talaq de, ya na bhi de, ya us ka intiqal ho jaye, aur us ke baad us ki iddat khatm hone ke baad bivi apni marzi se chahe to hi wapas tere nikah me aayegi. ab dusri baar nikah ke mahar ke rupiye, shadi ka pura kharch tujhe hi karna padega, ab wapas lana aasan nahi, balke bahut mushkil hai, isliye bahot soch samjhkar talaq dena.

*TIN SE KAM KYU NAHI*

Jama-prular bahu wachan me kam se kam tin hota hai. zayada ki to had nahi, isliye tin hi se had bandi-lemit kar di, aqal ka taqaza ye tha ke ek hi talaq se nikah khatm ho jata, lekin us me sochne ka mavqa na milta, baaz logon ko neamat ki qadar neamat jane ke baad hoti hai, isliye ek se zayada talaq ka tareeeqah shareeat ne diya hai is tarah ke pehli talaq nikah ke khatm karne ki talab, aeltimetam, pretical iradah aur tajrabe ke liye hai,
dusri us iradah ke takmil yani us ko pakka batane ke liye hai aur
tisri me to ikhtiyar hath se jata rehta hai isliye nikah hi khatm ho jata hai

TALAQ KA FAIDEH

Islam me talaq ke qanoon ki kya Hikmat aur maslihat hai ? Ba'az Bhartiya bhai kehte hain ke talaq ka qanoon khatm kar diya jaye to kya haraj hai ? un ko kya jawab diya jaye ?

🔵JAWAB🔵

*TALAQ KI HIKMAT*
nikah ek muaahadah (agreement ) hai, shohar ki taraf se is baat ka ke woh bivi ka mahar, us ki tamam zarooriyat ka kharcha aur us ke sath achchha sulook karega,
aur aurat ki taraf se is baat ka ke woh badkaari (ganda kaam) nahi karegi, shohar ke huqooq adaa karegi,
Agar dono me se koi bhi apna agreement (sharten) puri na kare to dunya ke dusre muaamalon (lenden) ki tarah ye muaamalah bhi faskh (tod) dene ke qabil ho jata hai, is todne ke liye suleh ki sab koshish ke baad mard ko talaq dene ka ikhtiyar aur aurat ko islami qazi (judge) ke paas jakar nikah tudwane ka ikhtiyar diya hai.
Aurat Shohar ke ya shohar bivi ke huqooq adaa na kare, masalan dono me se koi gande kaam, badkaari karne lage to us ki misaal badan ke us hisse aur daant ki tarah hai jo sad gaya ho aur us ki wajha se pure jism ko taklif ho rahi ho, to us hisse ko kaat dena koi bhi bura nahi samjhta, balke zarooree samjhta hai,
isi tarah naa farmaan (ganda kaam karanewali) aurat ko nikah ke bandhan se kaat dena bura nahi.

islam me talaq na hoti to niche di gayi kharabiyan aur nuqsanat paida hoti jo dusri qaumo me paida ho Chuki hai.

*TALAQ KA QANOON NA HONE KE NUQSANAT*

1. Agar shohar ko bivi se ya bivi ko shohar se itminaan (santosh) na milta, aur talaq bhi na hoti, to shohar dusri auraton se aur bivi dusre mardon se galat ta'lluqat paida karte.

2. Dono me se koi be waqoof (kam aql) hota aur ek ko dusre ke kisi kaam se itminan (satisfaction) na hota, aur talaq na hoti, to sab kaamo me aur huqooq ki adaygi me nuqsan mahsoos karte rehte.

3. ek dusre se na banti, aur talaq na hoti, to us se jaan chhudane ke liye Us par zulm karta, taake wo khudkushi (aatma hatya) karne par majboor ho jaye.

4. anban hone ki surat me, Talaq na hoti, to us bivi ko us ke mayke (us ke maa baap ke ghar) bhej deta aur use apne paas na bulata, is tarah use latka kar us ki zindagi barbad kar deta. Taake na to khud usko bulaye aur na hi wo aurat kisi dusre se shadi kar sake.

5. Agar saas ko bahu ka mijaz pasand na aata, aur talaq na hoti, to bahu ko jalaa diya jata ya gas khula rakhkar haadse ka cash bana diya jata. Jaise aaj kal rozana akhbaron me aata hai.

6. bivi ko Shohar ka, ya shohar ko bivi ka mijaz pasand hi na aata, aur Talaq na hoti to, dono ki puri zindagi jhagde me guzarti ya khud kushi (suicide) kar lete.

7. Agar shohar naamard hota yaani bivi ki private zarurat puri na kar sakta aur ilaj bhi faidamand na hota, aur talaq na hoti to, bhi bivi dusre mardon se na jaiz ta'lluqat paida kar leti.

8. Agar koi laa ilaj (jiska ilaaj na ho) jismani bimari hoti ya awlad kisi ilaj se bhi na hoti, aur talaq bhi na hoti, to ye joda sagi (haqeeqee, apne khud ki) awlad se mahroom hota aur bechen rehta.

9. Agar talaq na hoti to, aesa jhagda hone par jis me talaq hone ke khatre ki wajha se suleh aur jod ho sakta ho, fir bhi court se talaq hasil karne ke liye muqaddama dakhil karne ke baad suleh na ho sakti, kyun ke case ko wapas khichne me log apni be izzati samjhte hai. ek tahqeeq (survey) se pata chala ke talaq lene court me jane ke baad aise mamooli jhagde gair muslim miya bivi ke musalmanon se kai guna zayada case pending hai jis me aasani se suleh ho sakti thi.

10. Kabhi miyan bivi dono bad akhlaq (bad character) hone ki wajha se ek dusre se nafrat karte hai, aur jhagda mamooli baton par baar baar hota rehta, agar talaq na hoti to, ek saath me zindagi guzarna mushkil aur taklif deh ho jata.

11. dono ghar chalane me tangi mahsoos karte, maslan mard jitna kharch deta hai aurat ke liye naa kaafi hai, aur aurat jitna mangti hai mard ke bas ka nahi hai, to talaq na hoti to, dono chori karne par ya aurat jism bechne ya nokri, tijarat karne par majboor ho jati, aur islam ne aurat par kamane ki zemmedari bhi nahi daali hai us ko ghar ki malikah (rani, Queen) banaya hai.

12.Shadi baad mard ko koi dusri aurat pasand aa rahi hai, ya aurat ko koi aur mard pasand aa raha hai aur dil udhar hi lag jaye aur miya bivi ka ek ka dusre se dil hi uthh jaye aur ek dusre ke huqooq ada karne me kotahi hone lage to talaq na hoti to dono galat ta'lluqat paida kar lete ya puri zindagi pasandeedah partner ke liye bechan rehte.

Aaj kal gaadi ki zaroorat ho to gaadi ki qeemat se kam paisa dene par gadi milti hai,
masalan 30,000 rupiye do to 50,000 ya 60,000 wali gaadi istiamal ke liye milti hai,
jitne maheene istiamal karni ho istiamal kar ke wapas dena shart hota hai.
jab wapas dene jana ho to agar gadi me kuchh kharabi paida hui hai to usey repering karwa kar usee halat par gaadi wapas dena shart hota hai.
shart ke muwafiq gaadi lotai jaye to gaadi wala us gaadi ki dee hui qeemat masalan 30,000 puri deta hai warna repering kharch kaat leta hai to is tarah gadi khareedna jaiz hai ?

agar jaiz na ho to jaiz hone ki surat batane ki guzarish, kyun ke bahot se log aesa kar rahe hai. ise log rahan par gadi lena kehte hai.

TALAQ AUR HALALE KA SABOOT QURAAN SE

Ye baat bilkul galat hai jo aesa kehte hai woh alim nahi hote balke shareeat se jahil hote hai.Talaq aur halalah ka suboot quraan se hai jo niche likha jata hai.
Surah e baqarah ki Ayat no.229 me Allah taala farmate hai ke
“الطلاق مرتان فامساک بمعروف او تسریح باحسان”
not.brecat ke bahar tarjama aur brecet me matlab likha jata hai.

“Talaq do martabah ki hai fir”(Do martabah talaq dene ke baad do ikhtiyar hain)“Chahe Rujooa kar ke aorat ko qaidah ke mutabiq rakh le chahe”(Rujooa na kare,iddat puri hone de aur is tarah)“Achchhe tareeqah se us ko chhor de”(Surah e baqarah Ayat no.229)
Fir aage char 4 lakeer ke baad allah ne farmaya,
“فان طلقھا فلا تحل لہ من بعد حتی تنکح زوجا غیرہ۔فان طلقھا فلا جناح علیھما ان یتراجعا ان ظنا ان یقیما حدود اللہ۔”
“Fir agar (Do talaq ke ba'd)us aorat ko (tisree) talaq bhi dee to fir woh aurat (us tisree talaq) bad us shakhs ke liye halal na hogi jab tak ke woh us shohar ke siwa dosre shakhs ke sath”(iddat ke ba'd) nikah na kare (aur jabtak sohbat ke huqooqe zawjiyat ada na kare) fir agar us ko talaq de dusra shohar (aur us ki iddat guzar jaye) to un dono par us me koi gunah nahi ke dobarah aapas me nikah kar ke fir mil jaye basharte dono ko apne upar ye bharosa ho ke aayindah khuda ke qanoon ko qaim rakhenge.(Surah e baqarsh Ayat 230)

Cricket Dekhna kaisa hai is me music, gaana wagairah film ki kharabiyan nahin hoti hai to gunjaish hai ya nahin?

Mavjoodah daur me cricket ek aisa khel ban gayaa hai ke aam taur se isme shareeat ke khilaf kaam paaye jate hain.
